Located in the heart of Provence, at 1,5 kilometres of Eygalières, authentic and charming village. The house enjoys a splendid view on the Alpilles.

Its ground with trees measures 17000 square meters. Its privative swimming pool of 6meter on 12 meters (enclosed, with a heating system and a shaded shelter ; depth 0.90 to 2.40 m) furniture of garden and swimming pool.

This house of 300 square meters offers a living room of 60 square meters with fire place, a fully equipped kitchen and pantry, a shower toom and wc in the entrance.

Five air conditionned bedrooms (3 double beds and 2 single beds). 5 bathrooms. And 6 WC. Shaded terrace and summer dining room, interior garage and covered car park for two cars.

Equipment: two refrigerators with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, complete kitchen utensils, dishes and plates, washing machine, dryer, telephone, television, video tape recorder, hi fi system. Wireless internet connexion

House hold linen is provided. Garden and pool are maintained by owner's services. Maid service during the stay : 3 hours per week. Heating (january to april and october december)  is in extra charge (200 euros per week). Heating of the pool upon request : 150 euros per week
