This lovely farmhouse is situated near Chateaurenard between Saint Rémy de Provence and Avignon. Its spaces and its big garden will appeal to you. Charming farmhouse with swimming pool and private enclosed garden.

The living space of the farmhouse (240 m2) offers:

On the ground floor: an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen giving onto the indoor terrace, a cellar, a sitting room, a separate WC.

On the upper floor (air-conditioned): 1 single or double  bedroom (1 pullout bed in 90 with a second mattress in 90 to put on the same level). 2 double bedrooms (bed in 140), 1 single bedroom (1 bed in 90). Extra mattress for a child on request. 1 bathroom (bathtub, Italian-style shower, basin). 1 shower room (a basin) with WC.

Outdoors : enclosed garden of 5200 m2 with an unimpeded outlook. Indoor terrace (south/west aspect) on the farmhouse side facing the swimming pool. Private swimming pool of 7 m 30 (secured with fence and alarm, from 0.70 to 2 m deep, half-moon-shaped underwater pool side area).

Facilities : dishwasher, washing machine (serving as a dryer), American-style fridge, oven, Lacanche cooker, microwave. Television, satellite channel, video, computer, internet connection Free Box, 2 sunbath deckchairs with mattress, 3 beach deckchairs, 1 reclining chair, 1 sunshade. Portable charcoal barbecue set. Bowling pitch (without bowls), automatic gate, alarm in the house, air-conditioning on the upper floor. Baby cot

Sheets, hand and kitchen towels supplied. Cleaning during the stay: 1 x 3 hours per week. Final cleaning 100 euros. Animals allowed on request. Upkeep of the garden and of the swimming pool.
