Provence and the 5 senses
Day 1 : You'll be shown to your bedroom on arriving, and then invited to join us downstairs for a few sips of local apéritif drinks while discussing the week's programme and trying a few shots at pétanque (the local bowl game). Dinner will then be served.
Day 2 : SIGHT : After breakfast together, visit the Image Cathedral set in the breathtaking limestone quarries of Val d'Enfer (Hell's Vale). Since 1977, milllions of visitors have been privileged to attend the slideshow exhibitions on the "Cathedral's white walls, Picasso in 2009, Australia now. Then have a stroll around the medieval streets of Baux de Provence; enjoy the all-embracing view from the top. Arles and its Van Gogh museum will be our last stage of the day. Back to the mas for dinner.
Day 3 : TOUCH : After breakfast, take a tour around the Fragrance Museum in Saint-Rémy de Provence. If you ask ahead, you may even book a care session (face, body, hands, feet, etc). In the afternoon, limber up a bit as you go on a guided walk around the Alpilles mountain (flora, fauna...). Back to the mas and dinner.

Day 4 : TASTE : After breakfast, the chef will keep you company as you take a walk around the famous Saint-Rémy de Provence food market and pick the ingredients for the next meal you'll be concocting together ! Cooking lesson and lunch at the mas. Enjoy the afternoon as you wish, for example visiting the colourful village of Saint-Rémy de Provence, the Roman ruins of Glanum or the Van Gogh Museum. Dinner at the mas.
DAY 5 : HEARING : You'll be listening to Gregorian chants at the Barbentane Abbey after breakfast. Lunch at the Saint Michel de Frigolet restaurant. Then we're bound for Avignon where, after a tour of the city, you'll get a chance to go either to a concert or an opera, depending on the programme. Back to the mas.
Day 6 : SMELL : After breakfast we'll drive you out to the Wine University of Suze la Rousse for a half-day seminar exploring the basics of wine-tasting.
Day 7 : You start back to Weinheim after breakfast.
